Tot Time, a program for parents, caregivers and children from birth to age 3 meets every Tuesday morning at The Barney Library, 71 Main Street, Farmington at 9:30 a.m., regardless of rain, snow, sleet or hail. Parents and children look forward to the opportunity to share stories, fingerplays, music, dances and toy time. It's a room full of joyful activity and sunny faces, especially on a dreary, rainy day!
Outstanding Public Library service is critical to our democratic way of life, providing memories of the past and visions to the future. "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it." -- George Santayana, Life of Reason (1905)
